This 144461A1 replacement front axle shaft assembly transfers power from the differential through the front drive axle to the wheel hub. It comes complete with the 144462A1 long differential-side axle shaft, 85805997 short wheel-side axle shaft, N14410 snap ring, 84355357 U-joint spider, and 85827070 yoke. It is also commonly called an articulated axle shaft assembly or front drive axle shaft assembly.
