LIMITED WARRANTY
All used parts sold by Southern Tractor carry a 30-day limited warranty. Reconditioned, rebuilt, and new parts carry a 6-month limited warranty. Parts are warranted against defect or failure provided the part has been properly installed, used correctly, and not abused.
If a part fails during the applicable warranty period, a replacement part, repair, or full refund will be issued upon receipt of the defective part and a copy of the original invoice.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENT WARRANTY
Electrical components are subject to a limited warranty valid upon delivery only. These parts must be inspected and tested immediately upon receipt.
Any issues with electrical components must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. A video showing the part installed and demonstrating the issue or failure may be required for warranty consideration. No warranty claims will be accepted on electrical components after this period.
CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
This warranty does not include materials or labor of any kind not furnished by Southern Tractor unless a valid estimate of materials and labor is received in writing and approved by the salesperson who sold the part prior to repair.
Remedies are limited strictly to the sales price of the part.

All manufacturer names, part numbers, and model numbers are used for identification purposes only. Southern Tractor is not affiliated with or endorsed by any original equipment manufacturer.
All parts are supplied as replacement parts and are not represented as original equipment unless explicitly stated.
SHIPPING, TAXES, AND DUTIES
Southern Tractor is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during shipping, including but not limited to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related costs. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All shipments are made FOB shipping point. Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer once the order has been shipped.
CORE RETURN POLICY
If your purchase involves a core, it must be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Failure to return the core within this period may result in forfeiture of the core credit.
CREDIT & RETURN POLICY
Terms: No parts may be returned after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
All approved returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.
A service charge of two percent (2%) per month (24% annually) will be applied to any outstanding account balances beyond thirty (30) days.
